WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We make extensive use of applications throughout our healthcare system. That kind of scope requires experienced tech analysts who can devise and develop applications. Testing, implementing, upgrading and supporting those apps are also key responsibilities for this role. Think you’ve got what it takes?

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Provide quality implementations, upgrades and support for Human Capital applications.  
  • Devises and modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time and form of desired results.  
  • Tests, debugs and documents program solutions.  
  • Participates in system optimization and new installs.  
  • Analyst will assist with impact and scope assessments for ongoing projects in relation to Human Capital solutions.  

Requirements

WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED

  • Technical expert in Human Capital solution with a particular focus on payroll processes and configuration needs.
  • Experience with general ledger interfaces from Peoplesoft to downstream systems is preferred.
  • While a technical focus will be on payroll solutions, this position should expect to lend technical insight into he Peoplesoft application as a whole and be prepared to take on challenges associated with ERP solutions.  
  • Candidates must be a self-motivated individual willing to seek out solutions and bring them to attention to leadership to better position our organization for success.  
  • Peoplecode, SQRs, Oracle Database and complex SQL queries.
