We are seeking an Area Human Resources Manager in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.


This position will provide generalist human resources support for approximately nine manufacturing facilities, located throughout Texas. This is a home based assignment, requiring residence in the greater Dallas-Fort Worth area.

       Basic Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • At least seven (7) years of progressive human resources experience supporting multi-plant or multi-site locations

  • Ability to provide legally sound HR guidance and facilitate leadership educational programs for plant management is essential

  • Some labor relations experience with an understanding of unions and labor-management dynamics / grievance handling

  • Ability to travel 50%


    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Arbitration and contract negotiation experience is a plus
