Assistant Director, Employer Relations


Nova Southeastern University invites inquiries, nominations, and applications for the Assistant Director of Employer Relations position.


We are looking for an excited and motivated Assistant Director of Employer Relations to join our vibrant Career Development Team. The Assistant Director of Employer Relations is a federally funded grant position. The primary responsibilities are to effectively carry out the grant obligations and to oversee the realization of all activities, objectives, and outcomes related to the Grant in accordance with federal and state laws and relevant college policies and procedures.


The Assistant Director of Employer Relations will be responsible for developing intensive, focused, and purposeful relationships with external partners for the creation of new internships, experiential learning opportunities, and fulltime jobs. This person will work directly with the Employer Relations team and report directly to the Director of Career Development.


This position requires a Bachelor's Degree and minimum two (2) years experience in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Higher Education, or related field.
