Position title:  Associate Director, KICS-Employer Services

The Kelley Indianapolis Career Services office (KICS) located in the Kelley School of Business on the Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) campus has an opening for an Associate Director, KICS-Employer Services. The KICS office is located within the office of Kelley Academic and Professional Development (KAPD) which also houses the Kelley Undergraduate Programs. This area is centrally located on the beautiful urban IUPUI campus.

The Kelley Career Services office has expanded to include the addition of the Kelley Human Capital Hub. Due to this expansion, an area named Employer Services has been created. Employer Services will help to support the highly competitive Kelley Indianapolis Undergraduate and Graduate Accounting Programs serving over 1600+ students through a complete range of career services. In addition, this position will be instrumental in the success of the Kelley Human Capital Hub, a venture aimed at reversing management talent labor shortages in key industries within central Indiana.

The Associate Director oversees the direction and operations of employer services for Kelley Indianapolis Career Services focusing on the delivery of comprehensive services to a global employer base and efforts focused on increasing employer involvement in all recruitment activities. This role will oversee all aspects of employer services including client-based experiential learning, career fairs, networking events, on-campus recruitment, additional employer engagement/ visibility opportunities, the Career Services Advisory Board, the Career Partners Program, employer relations and employer development. This position will also oversee the collection and reporting of all Key Performance Indicators and metrics related to employer services. The individual in this position may be required to work outside normal business hours and must have the ability to legally drive a motor vehicle.




Required qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree required with 5 years’ experience in employer relations, career services, corporate recruiting or human resources. Will consider a combination of related education and experience at a 2:1 ratio.


Preferred qualifications:

Prefer Master’s degree from an accredited institution, 8 years of experience with some experience in higher education.
