Job Details

Full-time Administrator position responsible for planning and directing HR functions for Metropolitan Community College to include providing long-range strategic vision for developing and managing a high performance work force. The CHRO establishes goals, systems and controls to ensure that human resource programs are aligned with the college's strategic objectives and carried out in accordance with relevant laws, rules, and regulations. Reporting to the Chancellor, the CHRO is charged with creating and maintaining a highly progressive HR function and is responsible for the design, development, delivery and evaluation of all human resource programs for Metropolitan Community College

* EOE/M/F/Vet/Disabled

* Master's degree in Human Resources, Administration, or other relevant fields.

* Four (4) years of full-time executive leadership level experience in a human resources environment
