This role reports to the Vice President of Global Benefits and leads the Global Benefits COE efforts to deliver and evolve Aramark’s strategy for building a culture of health and wellbeing across the company from an employee perspective.


  • Support the VP of Global Benefits with the development of a 3-year health care & wellbeing strategy that is relevant and can be implemented and sustained over time.
  • Build a wellbeing strategy to enhance engagement, employee productivity and reduce absence related to illness.
  • Proactively look for new methods and initiatives that will continually enhance the wellness strategy.
  • Assist with the ongoing review of Aramark’s corporate exchange model including an assessment of programs (i.e., transparency tools, wellbeing enhancements) that may be added to enhance the employee experience while mitigating trend, where possible. 
  • Collaborate with other COEs (i.e., Marketing), business leadership and Benefits Communications team to develop high value health & wellbeing solutions. 
  • Establish policies, tools and frameworks to enable the implementation of Aramark’s health care & wellbeing strategy in manner relevant to our business model and workforce. 
  • Host seminars as required within Aramark on topics such as nutrition, posture, exercise and other employee requested topics. 
  • Gather and analyze employee feedback, and incorporate that feedback where applicable. 
  • Partner with the Benefits Finance team in establishing cost projections and managing ongoing budgets to ensure long-term viability of program.
  • Support our partnership with the American Heart Association from the employee perspective (working alongside our client and community partners).
  • Lead Global Benefits COE review of market innovations in health care delivery and wellbeing design.
  • Identify and monitor metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of health and wellbeing programs to ensure relevance.
  • Manage the wellbeing program with accountability for process design, implementation, execution, management, and improvements; manage the relationships with key wellbeing providers.
  • Assist with Total Rewards strategy
  • Be an active member and inspirational leader within the Global Benefits COE.


  • Bachelor's Degree at a minimum (a master’s degree is desirable) with at least 10-15+ years of previous benefits experience with a large global or multinational company. Consulting experience is a plus.
  • Prior accountability for the strategy and design of Health & Wellbeing programs.
  • Well versed and knowledgeable on medical programs and strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience managing teams and developing future leaders.
  • Excellent ability to connect wellbeing programs to medical spend and outcomes.
  • Track record of applying leading edge theories and concepts in commercially viable and sustainable manner.
  • Ability to integrate quickly and build strong relationships with senior business and HR leaders.
  • Strong business acumen, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and ability to work around ambiguity.
  • Effective interaction with all levels of employees.
