Benefits Administrator (2017-1483)

 

Tinker Federal Credit Union has an immediate opening for a Benefits Administrator in Oklahoma City. This position will be responsible for the development, implementation, communication and administration of the credit union’s employee benefit programs to ensure a competitive, compliant benefit package is offered and positively received by the employees. This incumbent participates in establishing company objectives pertinent to benefit administration by monitoring trends, evaluating competitiveness and analyzing costs.

Requirements

The preferred candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree plus a minimum of five years benefits experience with a professional designation of CBP, PHR, or SPHR.
