As part of the THS team, you are charged with providing excellence in value-added management services for care coordination, quality outcome collection and reporting, physician governance and value based contracting in addition to traditional physician practice management of business office functions, IT, marketing, legal, organizational development, strategic planning, data analytics, merger assistance and compliance. THS is currently looking for a Benefits & Compensation Analyst seeking a transformational career to join our team.


The Benefits & Compensation Analyst is responsible for assisting with the compensation and benefits functions across all THS companies.  Reporting directly to the Benefits Administrator, with input from the Director of Human Resources, this position will help to administer all benefits and support the compliance of all benefit practices, as well as, support all compensation programs through market research, data analysis and job evaluation/structure administration.  The position is one of the primary points of contact for program/project implementation, benefit processing and audits as well as client services and vendor relations.  The incumbent will administer the supporting systems to gather data, conduct analysis, and manage critical business processes. 


Requirements

EDUCATION:

BA/BS in Human Resources, Accounting or Finance


EXPERIENCE:

3-5 years of Benefits and Compensation experience.

Prior ACA reporting experience.

Experience with HRIS/payroll systems (Workday preferred) and multiple external benefit vendor partner reporting systems.


PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS:

Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and/or Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) training or designation preferred.
