We are searching for a Benefits & Compensation Manager (mid to senior level) to join our Human Resources team.  This position is located in Jamison, PA.   


Reporting to the SVP, Human Resources, the Benefits & Compensation Manager role is a hands-on position responsible for managing Physicians Endoscopy’s benefit & compensation programs including communications, implementation and compliance. This role is responsible for analyzing, recommending, developing and implementing health and welfare benefits and the retirement plan in a complex organizational structure with multiple companies and locations. The role also includes management and maintenance of our HRIS, reporting and payroll start up activities to support the organization’s goals and growth strategy.

Responsibilities include:

Benefits Administration & Management:

  • Oversee and manage health and welfare benefit plans including health, dental, vision, life, LTD, FSA and voluntary programs in a multiple company organizational structure.
  • Partner with outside benefits brokers/consultants to provide plans that attract and retain employees at PE and our partnered centers.      
  • Work collaboratively with center management and physician partners to design, implement and administer benefit plans.      
  • Responsible for all HRIS data, reporting and analysis of data to evaluate and present benefits information including calculation of employee/employer contributions to drive decision making.      
  • Completion of compliance activities and regulatory filings including ACA, 5500s, etc.      
  • Assist SVP, HR with due diligence process for new center acquisitions. 
  • Perform benefits analysis for acquisitions and new centers to evaluate, design, present and implement benefits packages.
  • Conduct and manage employee benefits orientations and other various communications for benefits plans.
  • Implement online benefits platform project.

Retirement Plan: 

  • Overall management of complex, multiple employer retirement plan with match and profit sharing component.
  • Oversight includes enrollments, plan administration, document management, employee communications & required notices as well as annual testing and audit process.


  • Management of employee benefits and compensation data, including reporting & HRIS.
  • Perform compensation reviews and work collaboratively with centers on total compensation and benefits strategies.
  • New center payroll systems set up.


  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7 years’ employee benefits management experience.
  • Comprehensive benefits management background including health and welfare and 401(k) plan administration.
  • Experience from a complex, multi-location corporate structure a huge plus.
  • Must have direct experience with HRIS and payroll systems, including extensive reporting and analysis of data.
  • Proficient use of Excel is required.
  • Thorough knowledge of employment and benefits laws and practices and the ability to research local, state and federal laws.
  • High focus on customer service and working collaboratively with clients on influencing important decisions on total compensation and rewards.
  • Must be extremely organized and have a high-attention to detail with a strong sense of urgency.
