Job Details

The benefits coordinator oversees the administration of all benefit plans for school district employees to include health coverage and related accounts, life insurance, long term disability insurance, retirement plans, tax sheltered accounts, and leave benefit programs.  Works collaboratively with district payroll and Borough Risk Management staff to facilitate the administration of the various benefit plans.

Salary: $72,211.78 DOE


Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field. Certification in employee benefits or human resources preferred.

Experience: Five years of experience in human resource management to include a minimum of three years of direct experience with benefit plan administration.
