Benefits Manager

Human Resource Generalist

Wayne J. Griffin Electric, Inc., is a leading multi-state merit shop electrical contractor which has grown to 1400 employees.  Current open positions include:

Benefits Manager - Manages the full cycle benefit process for all benefits.  This position coordinates and administers the annual open enrollment process, manages the new employee benefit enrollment, coordinates with benefits vendors, oversees the FMLA and Workers Comp process and administers the 401k plan.  The Benefits Manager interacts regularly with all benefit carriers and employees.

HR Generalist - Growing HR Department has a position available working in our corporate headquarters in Holliston, MA.  This individual will be responsible for full cycle recruiting, employee relations and performance management for our field employees in our North Carolina regions.  Some travel will be required approximately every 8-10 weeks as needed. 


Benefits Manager - Position requires a minimum of (5) years benefit related experience, excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, strong organizational and computer skills (including HRIS experience) and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.  Supervisory experience preferred but not required.

HR Generalist - Position requires 3-5 years demonstrated experience with recruiting and employee relations, strong organizational, computer and communication skills.  College degree in Human Resource Management or related field preferred but not required.  PHR/SHRM-CP certification a plus.
