The Opportunity

Do you thrive when developing and executing projects that will have a meaningful impact? Are you passionate about helping people? Does creating an enriching benefit plan for our employees sound like an exciting challenge you want to tackle?

This opportunity is perfect for the out-of-the-box thinker who loves being innovative, analytical and has a strong background in all aspects of employee benefit plan administration and operations.

As our Benefits Program Manager, you will oversee the insurance benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, Life and AD&D, and HSA) for employees, administer the 401(k) plan, manage leave of absences, advocate for employees, and ensure company compliance with state and federal laws pertaining to benefit plans. If you thrive when identifying, developing, and enhancing core employee-service offerings—and you believe that companies should provide exceptional benefits, then please apply! However, if you like being micro-managed, this is not the position for you. Our Benefits Program Manager needs to have exceptional project management and analytical skills, equipping them to flourish in a position with a high-degree of autonomy.

  • At least 5 years’ experience in benefits administration and management
  • Proficient with HRIS systems; Workday experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • International benefits experience a plus
  • Experience handling HIPAA, FLSA, ADA, FMLA, ERISA, and COBRA regulations

Finding Success:

A successful Benefits Program Manager is an effective leader who is able to identify trends, recommend solutions, hit deadlines and execute projects to positively influence and improve employee benefits. They can effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization, from New-Hires to Senior Management.
