Our North American operation is looking for a talented Benefits Specialist / HR Generalist to join our team, with focus on benefits administration and support as part of our Compensation & Benefits group. You'll work cooperatively with our entire HR team and support our North American employees.

Primary emphasis will be on effectively providing day-to-day administration of benefit plans and programs, working with our third party benefit administrators, administering ACA recordkeeping and compliance, working with employee inquiries and processing benefit plan invoices. In this dynamic role, you'll provide consultation and guidance to all levels of the organization with a high sense of professionalism and confidentiality. Assists with financial reporting, compliance and data management. Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and regulations in order to ensure full compliance with all applicable state and federal guidelines. 

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources and a minimum of five to seven years' experience in benefit administration, which should include experience with both DB and DC retirement plans; or equivalent combination of education and experience. CEBS, SHRM or other industry certification desired. Working knowledge of applicable US laws and regulations and related HR legislation required. Familiarity with Canadian benefits is a plus. Experience using HRIS systems such as SAP or ADP is preferred.
