We are hiring a Candidate Sourcing Specialist to join our North America (NAM) Talent Acquisition team to be the expert in identifying and attracting top talent. The Candidate Sourcing Specialist will provide the NAM Recruitment Team with candidate search expertise leveraging multi–channel sourcing techniques to identify candidate prospects and convert them into interested applicants. 


This role will require an ability to conduct deep internet research, generating leads, competitive intelligence name gathering, social media and talent marketing to build diverse and qualified candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

You will be reporting to the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager – North America (NAM) and will be responsible for attracting new talent to the organization.  The position will be located at our NAM Headquarters in Baltimore, Maryland.
 
Responsibilities include:
 

  • Work closely with the NAM Talent Acquisition team to build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring by building and executing diverse sourcing strategies.
  • Continuously expand network and relevant resources to source passive candidates and utilize creative and outside-the-box sourcing techniques in order to identify top talent across various functions, competencies (i.e. leadership potential), or niche skills sets needed to drive the growth of the organization.
  • Utilize Recruitment CRM, and online and in-person networking events and communities to feed our pipeline repositories. 
  • Work with Employer Branding Specialist to develop recruitment marketing campaigns for promoting Danfoss to potential applicants in a compelling and professional manner.
  • Promote our Employee Referral Program to increase our percentage of new hires from referrals.
  • Assert professional image to positively represent Danfoss and promoting the organization as a great place to work.
  • Source passive candidates through extensive name generation research, networking, cold calling, social media, complex internet searches and existing talent pool database searching.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to Talent Acquisition team members on the recruitment market place that helps keep managers informed about realistic expectations.
  • Discuss with Talent Acquisition team members when necessary to gain a better understanding of required talent pool.
  • Monitor trends and developments of sourcing tools and technologies.
  • Gather data around competition and market conditions or trends that may impact ability to find and hire the right talent.
  • Assist in creating methods that constantly improves candidate relationship management.
  • Utilize and manage CRM system for candidate pipelining.
  • Support local job fairs, campus recruitment, and campus engagement programs.

 




Requirements

Education and Experience:
 

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably within communications, marketing, human resources or related discipline.
  • Solid experience in Candidate Sourcing, end-to-end recruitment process, social media and recruitment marketing.
  • Experience in using recruitment CRM, social media and other creative recruitment techniques to source qualified candidates.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be well-versed in using a variety of recruitment tools to source candidates, including social recruiting, job boards, search engines, and networking.
  • Solid experience with Boolean and/or x-ray search techniques.
  • Extensive knowledge of candidate attraction techniques with ability to keep top talent engaged over long periods of time.
  • Customer-focus, adapts to change, and possesses strong follow up & organizational skills.
