Enoch Pratt Free Library
Under the supervision of the Director of Administrative Services, plans and directs the Library's human resources (HR) service programs, designs and maintains personnel policies and procedures, updates and maintains HR files, assists all Library divisions and departments with employee issues, creates and manages strategic staffing plans for all divisions, maintains liaison with the Baltimore City Department of Human Resources (DHR), and supervises HR staff.

HR Staff Supervision
Masters Degree or its equivalent in Library Science, Human Resource Administration, or Business Administration, from an accredited college or university. At least ten years experience in human resource administration, preferably in a library, non-profit, or urban multicultural setting. Knowledge and proven experience in administering standard personnel systems such as job classification, wage and salary administration, recruitment and selection, benefits programs, employment law, and performance evaluation systems.
