Opportunity to make an impact and contribute to the success of Phelps Regional County Medical Center in Rolla, Missouri as their next Chief Human Resources Officer

The Position

  • The Chief Human Resources Officer directs the administrative and operational aspects of the Human Resources division as guided by overall hospital and departmental philosophy, goals and objectives and administrative policies and procedures
  • Oversight includes traditional Human Resources functions, Occupational Health, and Organizational Development
  • Assess and improve the performance of the Organizational Development division by ensuring organizational and departmental strategic initiatives are being met, and training and development programs are implemented, monitored and evaluated
