Job Details

The Chief Talent Officer develops, coordinates, and implements organization-wide policies and programs encompassing all aspects of strategic HR. The Chief Talent Officer directs the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the human resources function and provides senior-level leaders subject matter expertise in legal compliance, ethical conduct, talent management, benefits, performance management, and corporate training and development.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Develops and implements HR strategies that drive business objectives through talent acquisition, training, engagement, and development.
  • Oversees the administration of employee benefits programs and Commonwealth policies.
  • Directs and monitors compensation policies.
  • Provides subject matter expertise on policies and procedures related to Employee/Labor Relations, Compensation, HR Processes and Practices, Workplace Safety, Benefits, Reward Programs, and Recruiting.
  • Advises corporate leadership on employment legislation.
  • Advises, educates, and coaches corporate leadership on employment discrimination, legal, and compliance regulations.
  • Develops and leads performance management processes and activities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business Administration or Human Resources; HRCI or SHRM certification preferred; At least 15 years of experience working in the Human Resources field, with at least 5 years' as a Director/SVP/Chief-level position.
