KELLY Insurance, located in Sparks, Maryland has an exciting opportunity for a seasoned HR professional with a compensation, analytics and a HR program coordination background. Qualified candidates will be responsible for the oversight and administration of the wage and salary program, including annual market survey analysis and recommendations, performance reviews and on-going metric analytics. In addition, this position will support the company’s wellness activities, various associate activities, service awards, and other recognition programs.

A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is required along with 5 or more years of compensation and project/program facilitation. Strong aptitude and experience with excel is required while report writing, Visio and SharePoint experience is strongly preferred. Professional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills a must
