Full-time (40 hrs. per week) - Days

We are currently seeking a Compensation Analyst.

The purpose of the Compensation Analyst is to provide a key role in the administration and support of compensation program analysis.

The ideal candidate will:

• Ensure the effective day-to-day operation of the compensation function within Human Resources.

• Administer base pay and bonus programs including annual performance appraisal review.

• Participate in and manage salary surveys, formulate data for market analysis, utilize data to rate and place current and newly created positions.

• Develop and document procedures to streamline processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and work with HR Partners and Talent Specialists to educate managers.

• Assist HR Partners, Talent Specialists and Hiring Managers with compensation related issues.

• Provide for the administration of wage and salary policies and practices, ensuring best practice.

• Effectively communicate FMH compensation philosophy to employees on an on-going basis. Provide an environment of transparency in compensation thereby fostering open lines of communication and ideas.

• Ensure compensation structures, pay grades and pay practices are in accordance with Federal and State regulations.
