Job Details

The Compensation Analyst will report to the Vice President, Compensation located in New York and will support a global population of approximately 5000 employees. The Compensation and Global Mobility Analyst will provide support to the HR function and business leadership with compensation analytics, administration of multiple programs, monthly reporting and process design.

  • Collaborates with the Compensation Director and HR colleagues on a variety of projects, including: salary and incentive program reviews, market competitive analysis and other comp/mobility initiatives sponsored by the parent company.  

  • Provide process administration for the annual salary and bonus programs including pre-planning data validation and other pre-planning analytics.

  • Facilitates and participates in the annual compensation survey participation process.

  • Assists with equity program administration for new grants, tracking/reporting and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Develops and documents procedures to streamline processes and enhance system data integrity.

  • Assists HR Business Partners and other managers with compensation-related questions/issues.

  • Support the execution of international relocations, including tax and immigration, interpreting, communicating and educating peers on program and policy.

  • Provide the Recruitment Team with relocation estimates for new hire offers.

  • Ensure compliance with legal, tax, and local employment regulations.

  • Liaise with parent company colleagues regarding compensation and global mobility requests, projects and queries.

  • Frequently engage with external vendors and third party service providers regarding compensation and mobility matters.


Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • 2-4 years of experience in compensation, global mobility or related area.

  • Experience in advertising, media, communications or professional services is preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

  • Ability to keep, maintain and protect highly confidential information.

  • Expert Excel skills (formulas, vlookups, functions, pivot tables) with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

  • Strong knowledge of corporate HRIS tools.

  • Knowledge of commonly used HR concepts, practices and procedures.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to review and analyze data to ensure accuracy.
