The Compensation Analyst will be responsible for annual market reviews and maintaining the organizations's market survey database. The position will actively participate in compensation surveys and prepare compensation business analyses for dedicated projects. The analyst will provide compensation guidance and expertise to system leadership that is consistent with the organization's policies and practices. Additionally, they will evaluate roles and responsibilities for placement of new and modified positions. HRIS responsibility will include, but not limited to, evaluation and prioritization of requests to system enhancements/optimizations while monitoring existing HR operations and reporting needs.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business, Finance or a healthcare related field required. A minimum of 4+ years of progressive compensation experience in a medium to large, multi-location organization. Healthcare experience and certification (PHR, SPHR, CCP) is highly preferred. Strong interpersonal skills necessary to communicate effectively regarding a variety of sensitive and complex issues required. Advanced database and Microsoft Office skills highly preferred. Self-starter with the ability to interact with all levels of leadership, and the ability to multitask and prioritize projects based on changing business needs.
