Elon University is currently accepting applications for a Compensation and Benefits Analyst. Reporting to the Executive Director for Human Resources with a dotted line to the Associate Director for Human Resources, delivers a high level of customer service, provides guidance and support for compensation program and benefits administration. Act as an internal consultant on compensation and benefit related matters.

Bachelor's Degree in a related field with a minimum of five years of experience required. The successful candidate will have a strong technical, analytical, writing, interpersonal, and organizational skills; in-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits regulations including, FLSA, ACA, ERISA, FMLA, COBRA, 403(b) and Section 125 requirements. Must be a solutions driven individual with excellent customer service skills as well as intermediate level skills with Word and Powerpoint with advanced knowledge of Excel. Previous experience with project management a plus. Professional certification as a PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CEBS or CCP a plus.
