We are currently seeking a Compensation and Retirement Analyst for our Hagerstown, Maryland location. Will assists leadership in the design, planning, development and administration of all organizational compensation programs.   Will review the organization to see if they are market competitive and will development of competitive, fair and equitable salary and ranges. Ensures positions are market competitive by gathering and analyzing relevant market data; conducting job evaluations; and/or reviewing internal equity. Assists managers in drafting and updating staff job descriptions including verification of FLSA status and the validity of job requirements. Provides total compensation and performance reports, metrics, and data analysis. Is responsible for the day to day administration of all retirement benefit offerings including but not limited to 401(k), 403(b), and Pensions for one of the Trivergent organizations. Consults with employees regarding benefit offerings, eligibility, selection, program attributes, and retirement related issues. Provides project management leadership for a variety of projects related to compensation, retirement, and performance management tools.


This position requires a bachelor’s degree or can accept Associate’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of job related experience. Certifications: CCP and/or CEBS desirable. PHR or SPHR preferred. A minimum of 3 years of job related experience with a mid-sized to large employer required. Experience in Human Resources is required in a role that provides in-depth, hands-on experience in recruitment, compensation, benefits or HRIS administration.
