Job Details

The Compensation & Benefits Analyst maintains the company benefits programs and builds strong relationships with vendors and employees as a valued and trusted source of information.  Administrative support for compensation and equity projects is also required.





  • Administer and maintain of all benefit programs – medical, dental, life & disability, healthcare reimbursement accounts, flexible spending accounts, 401k administration, ESPP, tuition reimbursement, vacation, PTO, etc.


  • Administrative support for compensation programs:  base, bonus, stock/equity


  • Active member of the Benefits Review Committee. 


  • Advertise and promote essential elements of the benefit programs (internally) – dedicated benefits bulletin board to highlight features, newsletter


  • Act as a liaison between vendors and employees for benefits issues & questions


  • Onboarding of new hires:  orientation, track necessary paperwork electronically


  • Perform benefit audits to ensure accuracy – medical, dental, life & disability


  • Coordinate leaves of absence – FMLA, Workers Comp, Short & Long Term Disability


  • Maintain personnel files including legally required documents


  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department



  • College degree and/or certification in Human Resources or Benefits Management
  • 4+ years of experience in Human Resources or related field
  • Familiar with standard concepts, laws, practices, and procedures within the HR field
  • Proficient Excel skills
  • Ability to operate in a confidential environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Stock/Equity administration preferred
