Compensation& Benefits Manager

Role description summary

The Compensation & Benefits Manager plays a key role as compensation analyst and will be responsible for assisting with all organizational compensation activities, including but not limited to, global benchmarking, global salary structure creation, job evaluations, and equity administration.

Requirements

Primary responsibilities / Key result areas

  • Assist in administering broad based employee compensation programs including global benchmarking, global salary structure creation, job evaluation and support annual salary review process

  • Assist in the analysis of jobs and market data to determine pay grade and classification

  • Provide salary recommendations to the Human Capital Manager with the input of the Manager, Compensation & Benefits in the most complicated cases

  • Participate in third party salary surveys

  • Works as a Human Capital Business Partner providing a high level of service to resolve problems, discuss pending changes, salary recommendations based on internal and external data.

  • Assist in administering equity plans for the Americas (support EICP, LTIP and STAR grants and exercise processes)

  • Assist in administering the executive Non-Qualified Plans (NQP)

  • Maintain the Compensation & Benefits intranet pages for the Americas

  • Special projects as assigned

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field or progressive relevant work experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years of compensation experience

  • Payroll experience a plus, experience with ADP a plus

  • SAP experience a plus

  • Experience in Brazil and/or Mexico and/or Colombia a plus

  • Additional languages – Portuguese or Spanish a plus

  • Strong computer skills including advanced excel skills

  • Must be authorized to work in the US
