Job Details

The Compensation and Benefits Director serves as a highly visible subject matter expert who plans and directs the administration of benefit and compensation plans for Trivergent and affiliated organization that are designed to attract, retain and engage employees. S/he works closely with key stakeholders to develop and present compensation and benefit strategies, and provides support with budget planning and tracking. The Director analyzes and evaluates potential plan changes and ensures compliance with all applicable State and Federal laws and the consistent administration of programs. The Director of Compensation and Benefits provides input into the development of the Human Resources strategic plan and develops and implements an operational plan for Total Rewards that is in alignment with organizational goals established by Trivergent Health Alliance and the health care systems it serves. The Director collaborates with other HR leaders in the delivery of HR services and is responsible for managing the human, material and financial resources of his/her assigned area.

Requires a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required. Five to seven years of progressively responsible experience administering comprehensive compensation and benefit plans with a minimum of five years of management/supervisory experience is required. Experience in a health care environment is preferred.
