The Director of HR will be the senior lead of the human resources department for Aircraft Technical Publishers (ATP), and will work closely with the HR Manager of Canadian subsidiary, CaseBank. Responsibilities include the development of human resource strategy covering talent management, recruiting, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits administration. The Director of HR will be a strategic partner to the management team at ATP to ensure organizational effectiveness to drive the business strategy. The Director of HR reports directly to the CEO of ATP, with close work and collaboration with the CFO and the board.
