PPI Corp is looking for a Director of Human Resources to partner with the organization’s leadership to build talent and capability for the future.  This role covers all PPI manufacturing companies, with initial focus on StampSource in Charlotte, NC and Gap Partners in Rabun Gap, GA.

The Director of HR reports to the ownership of PPI and resides in the Charlotte StampSource plant. The Director will work in a fast-paced continuous improvement environment in facilities that provide customized metal fabrication.  This role requires an effective literacy of financial performance, key performance indicators and of the desired culture.

  • 5+ years of manufacturing plant-based Human Resources Generalist experience
  • Manufacturing/operations experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proven experience with recruiting and hiring including creative sourcing and pipeline development.
  • Experience with skill development training, leadership development and compensation practices.
