Five Star International, is a family owned & operated, International commercial truck dealer since 1974 – one of the largest in the country. Five Star is also one of the fastest growing dealers in PA with multiple locations across the state. We offer a full line of products and services including: new & used truck sales, a service and parts department for all makes of vehicles, and collision repair. We also offer commercial truck rental, leasing, and contract maintenance though Idealease, our full-service leasing division.

Five Star is seeking a full-time, innovative and engaging Director of Human Resources for its headquarters located in Harrisburg, PA.

The successful candidate will lead Human Resources processes, and collaboratively strengthen company culture and core values. Demonstrated team building and interpersonal skills are essential. Knowledge in employment law, compliance and human systems, as well as talent acquisition experience, a must.

Also required are 5-7 years progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions, computer proficiency and a Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent experience. Working knowledge of HRIS, essential; Hireology, a plus.
