Job Details

Cedar Creek Psychiatric Hospital is an acute care psychiatric treatment facility located in St. John’s Michigan just 30 minutes north of Lansing. This new facility is scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2017 and will serve both adult and adolescent populations in both inpatient and partial hospitalization settings. Cedar Creek is part of Universal Health Services (UHS), the largest facility-based behavioral health provider in the country. UHS owns and operates over 290 behavioral health facilities in 37 states, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico the U.S. Virgin Islands and the United Kingdom employing over 71,000 employees. 

 

We are currently seeking qualified applicants for a Human Resources Director (HRD) to join our management team. This position will oversee the Human Resources Department in accordance with approved administrative policies of Cedar Creek Hospital and facilitate programs for effective benefits administration, recruiting, orientation/training, wage administration, employee relations and general welfare for all hospital employees. The HRD will serve as an advisor to management in establishing Human Resources policies and procedures necessary to fulfill the objectives of Cedar Creek Hospital. This position reports to the facility CEO.

Requirements

1.  Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Human Resources or equivalent.
2.  3-5 years of experience in Human Resources Management.
3.  Healthcare experience preferred.
