EIG is looking for an experienced Director of Operations and HR to organize and oversee the daily operations of EIG. You will be responsible for ensuring that EIG is well-coordinated and productive by managing its procedures and coaching its people.

Job duties:

  • Be a strategic partner to EIG’s CEO and senior leadership to help make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals.
  • Supervise staff from different departments and provide constructive feedback.
  • Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements.
  • Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
  • Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors.
  • Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations.
  • Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation.
  • Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation.
  • Oversee all HR initiatives, systems and tactics.
  • Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc.  



  • Proven experience as a Manager of Operations, People Ops or equivalent.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and people skills.
  • Knowledge of industry’s legal rules and guidelines.
  • Strong background in data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
  • Diligent and firm with high ethical standard.
  • BSc/BA in business administration, human resources or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus.
