The Director of Organization Development will provide system-wide strategic development and on-going leadership for the Organizational Development department. This will include the following areas:

  • Leadership Development - Including foundational training, people strategy implementation, leadership meetings, conferences and academies and new leader onboarding
  • Staff Development - including New Employee Orientation partnership
  • Leadership Talent Development
  • Employee Engagement
  • Team-Guilding
  • Work Group Consultations
  • OD Support 
  • Employee Reward and Recognition

Requirements

Required
Master's degree in  Organizational Development or  Human Resources or  a related field 
Required
5-7 years of experience leading system-level work in a learning, human resources or related area. Proven experience leading and developing others.
 
Desired
1 year Leadership experience in a healthcare environment.
