Reports directly to the Vice President of Sales. Under general direction, will co-develop, execute, interpret, and strategize our organic growth recruiting efforts for our retail sales platform. This position will be responsible for leading our internal recruiters and play an integral role in our company’s acquisition of top talent sales professionals in the mortgage industry.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Direct, mentor, and train the Retail Recruiters team.

  • Co-develop and Implement recruitment programs that strengthen Embrace’s ability to attract and recruit top Mortgage Sales professionals into the organization.

  • Develop best practice and improvements for managing the recruitment life cycle.

  • Develop and research competitive intelligence and recruitment strategy.

  • Co-create with our internal marketing team:

    • Acquisition Nurture Campaigns

    • Brand Email Campaigns

    • Information on Embrace’s culture, products, benefits, and other offerings.

    • Other collateral as needed, which complements our recruiting strategy.

  • Identify training opportunities

  • Assist Sales Executives and Recruiters with planning hiring/production goals for each Branch.

  • Develop and research best practice for identifying and sourcing candidates

  • Present weekly and monthly reporting.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities.

Requirements

A minimum of 5+ years of recruiting mortgage loan officers, branch managers, and other mortgage sales executives.

  • Proven experience working with various levels of leadership.

  • Must have excellent communication skills and organizational skills.

  • High level of initiative and drive.

  • Record of accomplishment in initiating process improvement.

  • Multi task and detail oriented.

  • Some travel as needed.

  • BA/BS preferred.
