The NCH Healthcare System – a nationally recognized leader in healthcare located in Naples Florida – has an immediate opening for a Director of Talent Management who will report directly to the CHRO and acts as part of the HR Senior Leadership team, working with business leaders to develop, and implement business strategies and initiatives designed to attract and retain high performers throughout the organization to ensure an outstanding patient experience.

This role is responsible for:

  • Managing and coordinating organization-wide efforts to ensure that performance management (PM) and quality improvement (QI) programs within talent management are developed and managed using a data-driven focus that sets priorities for improvements aligned to ongoing strategic imperatives. 
  • Conducting full life cycle recruitment of talent in sourcing the best talent for NCH, as well as maintaining effective programs for retention, promotion and succession planning.
  • Overseeing the Talent Acquisition Team and HR Business Partner’s positions who serve as consultants to management on human resources issues.
  • Acting as an employee champion and change agent, assessing, anticipating and identifying human resources related needs, ensuring that needs are proactively responded to within the Talent Team, as well as system management and managing partnerships across the HR function to deliver value added service to management and employees that reflect the objectives of the organization with the HRBP’s.
  • Enhancing business performance through a focus on organization design, team effectiveness, collaboration, as well as oversees talent engagement strategies such as annual reviews, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Educating management and staff on different cultures and provides an effective working environment for people of different backgrounds.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the resolution of complex employee relation issues and Human Resource Talent Acquisition
  • Working knowledge of human resources disciplines including talent acquisition and retention, employee engagement and relations, organizational development and training, diversity, performance management, federal and state respective employment laws
