Job Details

Strategic and operational business partner responsible for activities associated with compensation and benefits. Design, implement and successfully administer competitive and innovative total rewards programs designed to attract, retain and develop employees.

Requirements

Education/Experience:

♦ Bachelor’s degree in business or 5 years equivalent experience
♦ 10 - 15 years of direct applicable experience in the design, analysis, communication and administration of compensation and benefits programs with 5 years in a leadership role.
♦ CCP, CEBS and/or SPHR preferred
♦ ADP Enterprise & report writing background helpful

Skills and Abilities:

♦ Demonstrated knowledge of employee health, wellness and welfare benefits administration. Working knowledge of federal and/or state regulations affecting the administration of benefit and retirement plans including Section 125, ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, HIPAA, ACA, IRS and FLSA.
♦ Demonstrated knowledge of compensation programs including base, incentive, recognition and rewards theories.
♦ Highly proficient in Microsoft Windows products, especially Excel, Word.
♦ Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
♦ Ability to negotiate, influence, organize, plan, problem-solve, and partner with leadership to achieve desired objectives. Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines and customer service goals.
♦ Highly confidential process orientation.
♦ Analytical and able to understand financial implications/results, identify trends and summarize data effectively.
♦ Effectively manage in a matrix environment including shared services structure.

Unique Job Requirements & Characteristics:
