Summary - The title of this position is Talent Management Business Partner

 

The Talent Management Business Partner is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through the development of recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The Talent Management Business Partner will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent for NWFCU.

Requirements

Education and/or Experience

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent field experience strongly preferred

  • Five or more years of corporate recruiting experience highly preferred

 

Compensation $70k - $75k annually
