The University invites nominations and applications for the position of Executive Director, Human Resources (EDHR). The EDHR serves as the chief human resources officer, working closely with the Vice President for Finance and Administration, to design and implement an exceptional work experience for University employees at the Erie, Pennsylvania and Ruskin, Florida campuses. The EDHR is responsible for leading and managing the human resources department in planning, designing, developing and evaluating human resource related initiatives that support the University’s strategic plan and annual goals. The EDHR provides consultation to the President’s Leadership Team on strategic staffing plans, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, HRIS, employee development and succession planning, policies and procedures. The EDHR will demonstrate support for and commitment to the value-centered characteristics of the University’s Mission. Preferred candidates demonstrate 10 years of progressive experience in human resources with 5 years in a leadership role and hold a minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
