HR Administrator


The HR Administrator manages the HRIS data about employees, changes data, updates data and manage the HR administration processes. The HR Administrator is responsible for the compliance of all the personnel documentation with the regulatory framework (law, internal procedures, and internal policies).
The HR Administrator is responsible for assisting the HR Generalist with non-health benefits administration. This position provides administrative support to the HR function as needed (e.g., correspondence generation, record keeping, file maintenance, HRIS entry).


1.  Responsible for processing personnel action forms for new hires and current employees and separation notification forms for terminations. Processing all status changes. This includes auditing forms for accuracy and completeness, requesting additional Human Resources information; entering and checking paperwork; maintaining other HR data to be included in both Colleague and ADP Workforce Now.
2.  Communicates with employees about their documentation and answers specific questions of employees
3.  Annual survey administration: CUPA, IPEDS, EEO, DOT, etc.
4.  Administration of student athletic injuries, relocation program, drug-free workplace program, the international travel policy,  and employee discount programs.
5.  Serve as back-up to the HR Operations Manager and HR Generalist.
6.  Assist with conducting new-employee orientation in the absence of TAS or HR Generalist
7.  Assist HR Generalist with annual open enrollment process.
8.  Serve as back up to the HR Generalist in the processing of monthly benefits billing.
9.  Assist with the ACA and ERISA benefits reporting requirements.
10. Oversee a quarterly file audit.


1.  A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
2.  Two (2) or more years HR experience required.  Any equivalent combination of required training and experience will be considered.
3.  Strong data entry skills.
4.  High level of proficiency in ADP Workforce Now.


1.  A B.S. degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
2.  Three (3) or more years HR experience.
3.  At least two (2) years ADP Workforce Now Experience and at least (1) year Ellucian Colleague experience preferred.
