Join our team of dedicated professionals working to improve the health & lives of the people of New Mexico.

This position provides Human Resources support in the areas of compensation and benefits administration, management and audits.  Provides advice and assistance to managerial staff on PMS Human Resources policies, regulations, and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Public Administration, Psychology, Communications, English, or related field required.  Directly related experience may substitute for education on a year for year basis.  

• Four years of Human Resources experience required.  Related Master’s Degree may substitute for required experience.

• Computer experience and advanced MS Excel skills required.

• Knowledge of Human Resources software preferred.

• PHR or SPHR preferred.
