We’re looking for a great teammate with a practical approach to addressing business challenges with actionable, data-driven talent management solutions. This highly-visible analytic expert will consult and problem solve with business leaders and provide thought leadership and consulting support around the design, development and implementation of HR analytics tools, and executive dashboards and reporting. 

The HR Advanced Analytics, Senior Advisor is an integral part of the Human Resources Team providing Business and Human Resources leaders across the Enterprise with actionable insights from people data that build strategic advantage, mitigate risk and create ROI. You will be responsible for translating complex business questions and challenges into appropriate analytic methodology, applying understanding of lines of business, and taking into account availability of data sources. You will also design and implement advanced statistical analyses, including research design, modeling, and linkage to business results. The ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders and line and HR professionals is key to success. You will report to the Senior Director, Colleague Insights & Analytics and HR Business Partner. 


For this highly visible role you will: 
· Locate, clean and restructure data, linking data from multiple sources and stakeholders 
· Lead projects, creating and coordinating steering and working committees 
· Present leaders with compelling insights,recommendations and visualizations of data 
· Translate predictive models into forecasting tools to drive effective talent management and/or predict the impact of interventions 
· Consult with internal customers to create actionable recommendations and insights that drive stronger business outcomes 
· Provide thought leadership/ guiding principles for data integrity, metric creation, methodology and interpretation 
· Develop and assist with the maintenance of talent dashboards

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
· 3+ years strong expertise and experience performing advanced analytics (i.e., multiple regression, ANOVA, factor
analysis, causal modeling, Chi-Square, reliability analyses, etc SEM) with statistical analysis software packages (e.g. SAS, R) 
· 3+ years Advanced Excel skills (i.e., V lookups, pivot tables) 
· 3+ years internal consulting experience involving presenting to and communicating with senior leaders and translating
technical concepts and findings into practical, meaningful HR and business ideas, results and recommendations 
· 3+ years creating compelling presentation using data visualization software (e.g. Tableau) and PowerPoint 
· 3+ years working with internal HRIS systems and internal data marts/data warehouses to create databases and expertise using tools like SAS, R and Excel to develop and integrate disparate and complex databases across different HR, business and IT systems and applications 
· 3+ years project management experience in a business setting 


Preferred Qualifications:
· 7 years project management experience in a business setting 
· 7 years internal consulting experience involving presenting to and communicating with senior leaders and translating
technical concepts and findings into practical, meaningful HR and business ideas, results and recommendations 

 

Education:
M.A. or PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field preferred.
