Job Details

Summary: The Human Resource Associate handles various HR employee projects and provides support to a fast-paced human resources department. 

 

Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to) the following:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      

  • Processes bi-weekly payroll;
  • Administers benefits;
  • Supports recruitment efforts
  • Onboarding new hires;
  • Coordinates employee events;
  • Maintains employee related databases and prepare reports;
  • Creates and maintains employee files in compliance with applicable legal requirements;
  • Assists with preparation of terminations;
  • Conducts research for various projects and initiatives;
  • Assists with Open Enrollment;
  • Perform backup HR duties as needed.

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience;
  • Minimum two years (2) years of HR experience;
  • Intermediate proficiency in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel;
  • Strong verbal and written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment;
  • Strong customer service skills.
