Job Details

As an essential support role for the Human Resources team, the Human Resources Coordinator will provide day to day assistance to the various functions within HR.   This role works closely with all employees to build and maintain relationships that foster trust, commitment, and teamwork throughout the organization.

 

Responsibilities

  • Support and coordinate new hire onboarding activities. Responsibilities include welcoming new hires, I-9 verification, E-Verify processing, and creation of new hire announcements.

  • Coordinate and track completion of off boarding activities. Analyze exit data, look for trends and provide recommendations for improvement opportunities.

  • Create companywide communications in support of HR initiatives.

  • Provide coordination and logistical support for HR events and other related activities.

  • Support the CHRO with scheduling, meeting coordination and other HR related projects; Research and gather data for HR initiatives and projects. Advise best practices and provide recommendations.

  • Process and track FMLA cases to completion.

  • Provide assistance with day to day administration of benefits programs.  

Requirements

Education and Work Experience Required

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 0-3 years

     

Specific Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

  • Strong detail orientation.

  • Must have excellent writing skills and be able to effectively communicate to all levels of the organization.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the Human Resources field.
