The Human Resources department is proud to serve Fleet Landing’s Residents, staff and management through technological advancements, efficient operations, an open door policy and a commitment to continuous improvement. Our department’s success is the result of lively, attentive and dedicated HR staff that are customer service focused, highly adaptive, demonstrate compassion and unassailable integrity and help staff remain productive and balanced.

We seek a fun, inquisitive, and nimble individual that can thrive in a fast-paced and heavily trafficked office. This professional must appreciate a collaborative and open work environment where he/she is generally the first point of contact. The individual will partner extensively with the recruitment and payroll/benefits teams to complete clerical tasks, propose relevant ideas, complete processes, and be instrumental to our operational success.

Requirements

 Relationship oriented, able to adapt to various personalities, have a genuine interest in serving a community and enriching lives. Must also be fun, believe in teamwork, and possess an ability to remain calm & focused while managing multiple projects and interruptions. Minimum of an Associates Degree with 2 years HR experience preferred and have proven organizational planning and HR information systems experience. Previous benefits administration experience a plus.
