We are currently seeking a dynamic HR Coordinator who will be responsible for providing professional, confidential and efficient administrative support of day-to-day people and Human Capital operations. This position will focus on human resources functions and human capital support operations.


Position Responsibilities:

• Provides support for compensation and benefits functions including payroll, benefits administration and performance appraisal program.
• Coordinates and conducts new employee orientation and processes new employee paperwork. Maintains HRIS data and personnel files. Assists with processing of employee terminations.
• Coordinates with recruitment with regard to candidate and new hire processing.
• Provides administrative support to and coordinates activities of the HR and Human Capital and Administration departments, as assigned.
• Coordinates meetings and special functions for the organization, working together with employees across departments.
• Administers office supplies, equipment, and the mail function including compliance with budget constraints, and analysis of vendors. Maintains the facilities of the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned to drive our mission and vision!

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience, ideally in a government contracting setting
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel and use of HRIS
• Experience with HRIS, to include new hire processing and benefits administration
• Self-motivation, drive, and a willingness to go above and beyond
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail in composing, and proofing materials; establishing priorities; and meeting deadlines
• High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation
