Job Details

InfoZen, LLC, is seeking an enthusiastic Human Resources (HR) Generalist. Reporting to the HR Director, the HR Generalist to contribute to a number of key functions including onboarding, compensation and benefits, and training and development. Responsibilities include:


  • Provide HR support to employees and all levels of management
  • Answer employee benefits, policy and other HR questions and inquiries
  • Perform benefits administration, including communication, open enrollment, invoice reconciliation and claims resolution
  • New hire orientation and on-boarding
  • Support employee training, development and retention programs
  • Monitor and administer the performance evaluation program
  • Work collaboratively with other company functions such as Recruiting and Payroll
  • Responsible for updating data in ADP Workforce Now and Deltek GCS Premier
  • Produce ad hoc reports and HR-related statistical data




Qualifications for this position include:

  • Proven experience as a HR Generalist, preferably for a high-tech government contractor
  • Good understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Expert knowledge of employment and labor laws
  • Outstanding knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and Deltek MS Office
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach

Education: A bachelor’s degree and two to five years’ human resource experience, or a master’s degree in human resource management and two years’ experience in the HR field, or five to seven years of experience in the HR field, or any similar combination of education and experience. Additional HR training will be a plus. SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
