Job Details

The HR Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior HR management in supporting designated portions of the business and various programs/initiatives. This position carries out responsibilities in the following areas: Employee relations, training and development, performance management, FMLA administration, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, and employment law compliance.



At least 3 years of progressively responsible experience in human resources. Knowledge of HR practices and principles. Knowledge of state and federal laws. Experience performing in a complex rapidly changing work environment. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and have comfort with high volume workload. Action-oriented with a strong work ethic and desire to achieve excellence.


Experience working in a healthcare HR environment preferred.


Bachelor's degree in business management, human resources or related field required.


SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP Preferred
