We are looking for an HR Generalist to support our growing PCH/Media team. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, people-oriented and collaborative individual with proven recruitment, employee relations and training experience. Experience in the AD Tech space a plus!


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


  • Leading recruitment efforts for the PCH/Media team by partnering with the hiring managers to determine staffing & organization needs and developing a talent acquisition strategy and hiring plan

  • Maintaining Company career site and all other social media content

  • Managing the execution of programs, processes and tools designed to build leadership and management skills

  • Partnering with managers and employees to provide support/advice on performance management, HR policies, leadership development and training


Required Skills/Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree, MBA a plus

  • 3+ years leading talent recruitment in Ad Tech/Digital Space

  • Expert knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, flexibility and collaboration

  • Travel required
