Job Details

  • Administer, maintain, and further develop core HR programs.
  • Co-manage the day to day operations of HR.
  • Responsible for all or part of the following areas: compensation and benefits; employee and labor relations; immigration; organization development; pre-employment and on-boarding; training and development; safety and risk management; and, systems.
  • Manage personnel files and ensure compliance in documentation.
  • Respond to incoming calls, walk up inquiries, and email questions from employees.
  • Partner with other departments on cross-functional initiatives.


  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience handling HR-related responsibilities, preferably in a start-up environment.
  • Highly organized and ability to prioritize in a fast pace setting.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with various groups, specifically Compliance, EH&S, IT, and Finance.
  • Possesses impeccable integrity, confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical standards.
  • Experience with HR systems.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
