Job Details

Opportunity with growing professional services firm to serve as a business partner to managers, supervisors, and employees across the organization in the provision of HR services.  Support the customer-focused HR Team in developing, deploying and continuously improving a wide variety of HR initiatives and programs throughout the field and professional workforce to meet and exceed business objectives, while driving functional excellence.  Specific responsibilities include talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, development and training, organizational effectiveness, and development and execution of HR programs and initiatives aligned with short and long-term business objectives.

Position in Raleigh, NC, Manassas, VA or Richmond, VA

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required
  • Minimum 5 years applicable experience
  • Knowledge of US labor laws in HR related subject matter including: recruitment & selection, workers compensation, disability management, compensation, benefits & data privacy
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate within professional services environment
  • Experience performing analytics in Excel and other advanced tools and translating information into presentations and other communication channels
  • PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
  • Proven background in thinking analytically in decision making
  • Solid understanding of financial metrics
  • Experience with developing and deploying site wide development and training plans
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
