This position will support HR/OD generalist responsibilities, acting in the role of business partner to solve organizational challenges through people ? related solutions

Responsibilities include:

Serve as a business partner in developing and delivering HR/OD generalist expertise and consultation in areas such as: Organizational Effectiveness, Strategy Development/Implementation and Organizational Development

  • Review and analyze business data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve associate engagement, performance and retention
  • Collaborate with HR partners to execute human resources strategies to enable business objectives and support future growth, including change management and organizational design and structure
  • Collaborate with HR partners and leaders to manage and execute performance/promotion process and systems
  • Support contingent and associate recruiting for assigned business units
  • Participate in compensation surveys, develop compensation proposals for new associates, conduct position and job classification evaluations and correlate with Division management
  • Conduct internal investigations on workplace situations and prepares all required documentation with a focus on issue resolution
  • Collaborate with OD partners to facilitate training sessions
  • Communicate / educate business leaders and associates on significant, relevant changes in HR policies and programs

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or equivalent practical experience
  • 4 - 6 years of HR/OD Generalist
  • SHRM Certified Professional preferred
  • Strong knowledge of HR and OD industry best practices
  • Strong communication, problem solving and decision making skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and high level or initiative
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to travel and work overtime as required by projects
  • Strong HR systems skills
    • Experience with PeopleSoft and SuccessFactors preferred
